Just returned home from a month at Cunucu Residence. This is the perfect location..close to beaches..Arashi and Boca Catalina for snorkeling.

Eagle Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean not over crowded and a short 10 minute drive. Palm Beach is less than 5 minutes and has plenty of Restaurants and Casinos for entertainment. The island is easy to get around by car and driving is very orderly. The best part of Cunucu is it's truly an oasis away from the hotel scene. The pool is breathtaking and a serene quiet retreat any time of the day. Apartments were clean and fresh towels and linens provided regularly. Our hosts were very friendly and provided us with plenty of information on the island everthing from groceries to tours or restaurant suggestions. Beach chairs were a must for the beaches with all the windy days and these were available at a nominal fee. This location is a great value for this island and not to be missed! Thanks to John & Eleanor for sharing their wonderful island oasis with us. Henk & Alexandria made our vacation warm and relaxing.

Truly the most relaxing vacation we've had on the island and we have been coming for several years.

Just returned home after10 glorious days at Cunucu.Great location & easily accessible to beautiful beaches & restaurants.Shopping at IGA was "Home from Home"Great !!We loved the Balashi beer!!!Alexandra,Henk & not forgetting Chris were very helpful & available for anything that we needed or needed to know.Thank you Eleanor & John for letting us enjoy your lovely place !!!! Aruba, Cunucu Residence - Dec.25/09 to Jan.01/10.

I can honestly say that this has been our most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The accomodations are excellent. Rent a car and you can safely go wherever, whenever you want. After doing whatever you want to do all day, (sightseeing, shopping, beach hoping or just for a walk), come back for a nice swim before making plans for the evening. Owners, John & Eleanor as well as Managers, Henk & Alexandra (Kristopher) are kind and caring and have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to you to make your vacation truly memorable. We have already recommended the Cunucu Residence to many people and a couple of our friends will be going there in March. We are already in the process of booking our next vacation there in May, looking forward to another great vacation. Make sure to drink plenty of the tap water, (refrigerated) it is the best tasting water we have ever drank.

Henk, Alexandra and Christopher, Tish and I returned home safely and tomorrow I will be back to work. We would like to thank you for helping to make our visit to Aruba a memorable one. We had a wonderful time at the Cunucu residence, after a few days it really felt like a home away from home. It was a pleasure to meet you and look forward to seeing you again next year.

My wife and I just returned from a one week stay Feb. 12 to 19, 2010 at the beautiful Aruba Cunucu Residence and we have to agree with everything that has been said by others. To have a little breakfast before heading out to the beaches and snorkelling, and to take a lunch and some cold Balashi beers and our beach chairs (provided) was a great way to spend the day. Then to "come home" to our private little place away from the busy beaches and have a quiet drink by the pool and another swim is definately the way to go!! The unit was clean, cool and we were provided with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. Can't say enough about our hosts John and Eleanor, who were there to offer advice on places to go, shop etc. but always left us to our own thing while there. Henk & Alexandra know the island and are always happy to help with any questions. No more all-inclusives for us, Cunucu House is the way to go for a truly relaxing vacation! See you next year John & Eleanor!!

Just returned from 2 amazing weeks at the Canucu Residence. The accommodations were very comfortable and the Kitchen fully equiped. A very sort drive to the beach(3-minutes) what a great start to your day!!! Everything so close and within a short drive. John and Eleanor have done an excellent job of bringing this up to a 4 star resort ( 5-star in my eyes). Safe, Clean and friendly atmosphere. Pool is awesome, pleny of room for everyone. $13.00 taxi ride to hotel district if night life is your scene. After a busy day of Sightseeing returning to Cunucu was like come home to Paradise...Thank you for 2 weeks of bliss..I will return

Our family enjoyed ringing in the New Year in Aruba. Our accommodations were lovely; spacious, clean, and private Travelling with daughters, I would suggest a few extra mirrors in the rooms, so that everyone can look gorgeous in a timely manner! We have recommended the Cunucu Residence to family and friends. We look forward to coming back again soon!

We have just returned from Aruba after a relaxing two weeks in the sun. Great time at the Cunucu Residence, so accessible to fabulous beaches and wonderful dining spots. Two weeks of wonderfull. Seen everything the Island had to offer and to come back and relax by the pool with the other guests. Brilliant - walk the beach in the morning - research the island in the afternoon - Beer at the Rum Shop early evening and relax by the pool later that evening
